Heya! I just came across this article and corrected that last paragraph about methylation analysis... I hope you guys will agree with me! I deleted the first sentence of the paragraph (only repeats the very first sentence of the article). It is not true for all pairs of isoschizomers that one will recognize the methylated state whereas the other will not. I therefore edited the paragraph, adding remarks such as "in some cases".
