Her claim to fame is that she is allegedly the longest-serving lollipop lady. The source is the Lancashire Post, a local newspaper that probably doesn't fact check. Receiving a state honour doesn't indicate notability. More sources are required to show she is actually notable and that facts presented as indeed correct.
