The speeds given are not real[edit]

Cantv lies about its average speed, as it's usually 10 times less than what they say they provide due to infrastructure problems, so in parts where most mantenience is given you can say the given speed is actual real, but in most parts, that speed is divided by half, 10; or even 20.
