Why this page[edit]

Apparently, there have been other IYV pages, and they were deleted by Wikipedias because their text violated copyright. I have written this new page with original text as much as possible and taken great pains to cite every source.

The Wikipedia page International Year of Volunteers Plus 10 needs to be deleted. IYV Plus 10 is now a section within the IYV page.

This page as more information than most other United Nations International Year pages on Wikipedia.
