Finland?[edit]

For quite some years already there is one train Helsinki-St Petersburg that uses Finnish coaches (the "Sibelius"), and its coaches has a RIC marking. (See http://vaunut.org/kuva/23996 ) So is the claim that Finland is not part of the RIC agreement obsolete? TorLillqvist (talk) 10:08, 7 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
