Talk:Intelligence requirement

There was no Wiki article on intel requirements, so I added one. I'm sure it can be modified. Have at it. The US DOD definition reads: "Any subject, general or specific, upon which there is a need for the collection of information, or the production of intelligence." I was approaching the def from the more formal perspective of officially-published requirements in the intel community. The military def is obviously more general in nature. I also included elements of the intel cycle to show how it is part of a bigger process. Maybe from a mil perspective that seems baffling? It would be helpful to know how the article is confusing, so please add a note on this talk page. --Pat (talk) 11:36, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I fixed it to make it more clear. I am a new user and am unsure if I should remove the "This article is confusing" banner. Does anyone think this article should be marked as a stub? Dflyn (talk) 16:58, 10 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
