Proposed change to history section

My next proposed change is in relation to Infront Sports & Media's acquisition of Omnigon - a consulting firm that helps sports, media and entertainment providers to develop mobile apps and websites. My proposed changes for this are to the History and Services section of the article. I would suggest the update is relevant as it has changed the structure of the business with key divisions being renamed and an expansion of services to the area of digital and sports industry with some notable projects as a result.

Under History the business unit referred to as Media Production has been renamed to Digital Production and Sports Solutions - please find suggested edit and reference below:

Proposed revised history section:

Infront Sports & Media was founded in October 2002 in order to create the television and radio broadcasts for the 2002 FIFA World Cup.[1] The company originated from a merger of two existing Swiss-based marketing companies, CWL and Prisma Sports & Media. Infront's origins are in the football business, but in 2005 the company lost a majority of its FIFA business and subsequently diversified. Today the company is divided into Summer and Winter sports properties (in line with the Olympic differentiation) and also has dedicated Football, Endurance and Digital Production and Sports Solutions units [2]. Until 2011 it was owned by a consortium of shareholders.[citation needed] In September 2011 – European private equity firm Bridgepoint reached an agreement to acquire the company.[3][4][5]

In February 2015, Chinese conglomerate Dalian Wanda won an auction to purchase Infront from Bridgepoint for more than €1 billion.[6][7] In November 2015 it was announced that Infront would be integrated together with the WTC with its Ironman brand under the roof of Wanda Sports.World Triathlon Corporation.[8]

Proposed changes to services section

Under the Services section, due to the acquistion of Omnigon and the above edit I have suggested the following amends. As another subsidary is mentioned in this section it seemed the appropriate place to insert the Omnigon subsidiary information.

Proposed revised services section: Infront Sports & Media has 900 employees in 35 offices which are operated by several subsidiaries specializing in a geographic region as well as in specialized services.[9][10][11] Infront Sports & Media supports media rights distribution, marketing concepts and sponsorship sales for sporting events as well as media production[12] (host broadcasting, post production and archive management). An Infront subsidiary, Host Broadcast Services, produces television and radio signals for the FIFA World Cup.[13] HBS provides a stereo, 5.1, and satellite broadcast feed to organizations that own the rights to the media, typically with 40 minutes of pre-game and 20 minutes of post-game content.[1]

Another Infront subsidiary, Omnigon [14] helps sports, media and entertainment providers to develop mobile apps and websites. [15]

Yes, of course, my apologies. I am proposing two additions to the current article. The new sentence I am proposing we add to this section is above with references inserted but the actual sentence is.

[Another Infront subsidiary, Omnigon helps sports, media and entertainment providers to develop mobile apps and websites.]

I was recommneding we insert it after the information about the other subsidary (HBS) but before the last sentence in this section.

Proposed changes to notable works section

I was then proposing we add a line in the Notable Work section that also references this new subsidiary and the impact on the sports industry:
