'Overseas Indians' indicate only those with Indian citizenship and not those with OCI/PIO cards.
WP:COMMONNAME: Indian diaspora is the commonly used term for all collective Indians/Indian diaspora and again, Overseas Indians is not used as such because of the aforementioned reason.
Move to Indian diaspora, because overseas indians (OCI) are used officially for non citizens of india. Swapnil1101 (talk) 13:15, 9 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
