Regarding the Speedy Deletion Requests

The significance of this article is clearly and credibly spelled out in the section entitled "Significance of the Gateway Complaint and Settlement." This is a very important and very interesting FTC action, and speaks importantly to how the Federal Trade Commission views its mandate to enforce consumer privacy protections. It is based entirely on publicly available documents and is not just a rant about Gateway Learning Corp.
