I've created the basic article here, but I'm unsure, for instance, how to format or orient the image into a "Wikipedia standard" with the surrounding box/caption, etc, or how to properly format the footnotes.

@Chicbyaccident: I'm unclear why you're saying that the continued existence of IOM after 1924 is in dispute. There are numerous newspaper articles about the group as an independent entity existing between 1925 and 1933, some of which I have provided as references (and I can certainly add more if needed). I've spoken with Seth Anthony, the curator of the Fez Museum and he's quite clear on the fact that there wasn't a simple merger in 1924, but rather a long, drawn-out and acrimonious situation between OOH&P and IOM. Rather than going along with Axelrod and Phoenix Masonry's oversimplified version of the narrative, there is extensive newspaper documentation of the various phases of this complex "merger", which was actually more OOH&P taking over the other groups than a true merger of equals. I plan to write a much more extensive section on history for AMOS / OOH&P utilizing the numerous references Seth has provided me with once we get our two articles on AMOS merged.
