Untitled[edit]

Wikipedia is not a vehicle for your personal aggrandisement. Wikipedia is not a publisher of original thought on your latest theories. Wikipedia is not a place for you to bring grudges and disputes. Wikipedia is not a place for you to rewrite history.

The pathetic dialogue you've added to a page on the world's 5th most widely-used website is as embarrassing as it is absurd. The way the article creator wrote a vanity-laden puff-piece and then sought its deletion not a week later when it ceased to paint such a flattering picture, is really very depressing. I have stubbed the article to its actual facts, and protected it for a week. When that protection expires, come back and write constructively, don't use our project as a soapbox for your personal disputes.

Wikipedia has a great need of editors who have expert knowledge in subject fields, and we are always delighted when we see academics working on the project. Your great asset is the ability to write clearly and knowledgeably about article topics. Anyone can edit-war over the history of a topic, that requires no specialist skills whatsoever. Academics have the unparalleled ability to explain what a topic actually is in terms a layman can understand.

This article is not just, and not even primarily, a blow-by-blow account of the history of the technique. Far more important is to explain what the technique is, how it works, and what it is being developed to do. Those data are presumably independent of any dispute over who published first and who stole what from whom. Once those issues are resolved, of course, they will make a notable contribution to the article. But while they remain unresolved, they have no place in our encyclopedia. Remember, there's no deadline.

Very well put. -- œ 13:01, 13 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Happy-Melon, I've looked over the article, the history, and particularly the publications listed for this topic. Your intervention and attack seem to have no place here, and I honestly see no reason for what you wrote. It seems very emotional, do you have a personal grudge against the author? Perhaps you should investigate before you post, this is just angry rage-venting with no real content. You seem to do well with non-scientific topics like Harry Potter, I would encourage you to continue editing these sorts of pages. This topic is actually quite important -Jason, NCI, EDRN, Barrow Neurological — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.167.197.18 (talk) 12:05, 11 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please don't edit Immunosignature yet![edit]

I am in the process of improving this page for a graduate student project under the supervision of Dr. Lesly Temesvari (Username:LTEMESV) at Clemson University. Please be patient and withhold edits until after this project is due - November 24, 2015. Thank you!
