SIZE OF GOLD FLAKE KING SIZE CIGARETTE

Reducing the size of gold flake king size cigarette from 84 mm to 64 mm without decreasing size of bud may increase sale of cigarette as bud size is sufficient but tobacco size is quite bigger than need. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 1.22.240.39 (talk) 06:53, 5 May 2013 (UTC)

Merge both Brands' (Classic Filter Kings and Gold Flake) pages with ITC Limited

There is no point in having 2 separate pages for the brand families of Classic filter kings and Gold Flake. Instead, a detailed description of the brands can be included in the "Brands" section of "ITC Limited" page.

Or else a separate page can be made for "ITC's cigarette brands" or "ITC's cigarette brand families" Please discuss

Hi Sudhakar, I dont think I agree with you. Classic is fairly big group of brands and it can be expanded to have a lot of information in it. For companies like Imperial Tobacco, Phillip Morris, British American Tobacco etc also several brands have dedicated pages for them example Marlboro, Dunhill, Davidoff, Parliament and many such more. Just stating some examples. TheBigA (talk) 09:16, 2 September 2011 (UTC) Aneesh Murali

No other editor or reader has posted a comment/view on merger. Assuming good faith, the articles should exist as they are. GSwarnkar 00:36, 15 September 2013 (UTC)

ITC's care for the environment

Controversial policies by ITC: On their Classmate notebooks, one can see banners such as We care for the environment, Take care of the environment, help the rural people, provide facilities to the needy etc. How are these banners justified? Just about everybody knows that smoking/tobacco kills. If not, it causes painful, suffering cancer. ITC have been playing havoc with people's lives, by encouraging tobacco use. Once people are addicted they will pay the tobacco companies till the very end--till the day they die. ITC knows this. What is the use of providing facilities to rural people and then encouraging tobacco use? -Polytope4d (talk) 15:30, 20 September 2013 (UTC)
