Question[edit]

Question: why did you list IRAS 13264-3255 on the "see also" list? These two galaxies are not physically associated with each other; they are at very different distances. There's no obvious connection between these two objects as far as I can see that would explain why the two articles should be linked. Aldebarium (talk) 22:59, 20 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Aldebarium: Thank you for your comments - and question - the reason that "IRAS 13264-3255" was included in the "See also" section is that this galaxy was the only one I could find on Wikipedia that also started with "IRAS" - not a very good reason perhaps - please understand that it's *entirely* ok with me to rv/rm/mv/ce any of my edits, including those in the "IRAS 13224-3809" article - hope this helps in some way - in any case - Enjoy! :) Drbogdan (talk) 23:14, 20 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
OK- in that case, the 2 galaxies being listed in the same infrared catalog doesn't imply any meaningful association between the two, so I think it would be better to remove the "see also" links. Thanks, Aldebarium (talk) 23:21, 20 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
