Visas[edit]
In 1987 the United States had a ban on granting visas to foreigners with HIV. I have been able to find no source on how that affected this conference or when the ban happened. It would be good to have something about that in this article. Blue Rasberry (talk) 04:00, 10 March 2012 (UTC)
