Transvaal Open[edit]
I'm thinking the ICL International might be a continuation of the Transvaal Open. In the December 1974 ICL International (in Johannesburg) Hugh Baiocchi is described as the defending champion (eg https://news.google.com/newspapers?id=349AAAAAIBAJ&sjid=7KQMAAAAIBAJ&pg=3128%2C2882636). In December 1973 Baiocchi won the "ICL Transvaal Open" (in Johannesburg) (https://news.google.com/newspapers?id=k4tAAAAAIBAJ&sjid=9KQMAAAAIBAJ&pg=6175%2C4540131) so it seems likely to me that the ICL International replaced the ICL Transvaal Open.
