It is clear there needs to be a broader discussion on how to effectively name and disambiguate hurricane articles, and this article needs to be part of that discussion.     • Exactly! And not every tropical storm is a tropical storm, and tropical storms regularly strike in mid latitudes, not just the tropics. It's a nightmare. This is the clear primary topic of Hurricane Tina, see Tropical Storm Tina where the target currently redirects. There is work to do at Tropical Storm Tina, but again that does not affect this RM. Again, I will not reinstate it, since the reverter has requested and stated that only an admin is capable enough. See my talk page and this page's history for more context.     • "Non-admin closes normally require that: The consensus or lack thereof is clear..." [1]. At the time of the non-admin closing there were only two opposes one of which was on procedural grounds.
