Correct tone?[edit]

If "華" is derived from 華山, then "華" should presumably be "Huà" (fourth tone); but if it's the standard "華", unrelated to the mountain, it should be "Huá" (second tone). The Chinese version of this page makes no note regarding which tone the name is in. The names should be consistent, though, shouldn't they? If it's "Huà Xiàn", then it should also be "Huàzhōu", unless this is marking some kind of historical shift.
