Hendon[edit]

This is an instance of Peter Lewis making a clear mistake. The Bleriot school were, like Barber, tenants at Hendon, and Barber was there first.TheLongTone (talk) 08:21, 6 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

In charge of all training[edit]

I've deleted this. I can't find a good source for the claim and it seems extravagant; I think that if it was true he would have attained a greater rank than Captain. Imo its a missaprehension based on the manual on piloting he wrote during the war.TheLongTone (talk) 14:28, 18 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
