S-Line[edit]

There needs to be a split between the current Miami Amtrak Station and the future Miami Central Station along the Silver Meteor and Silver Star lines. --Mfs1013 (talk) 10:23, 27 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Name[edit]

WP:USSTATION recommends using the state in cases like this, where there are other "Hollywood stations" in communities called "Hollywood". It's also more WP:CONCISE than the double disambiguation.--Cúchullain t/c 13:58, 14 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I know, but this serves two systems, and the only other Hollywood station is the Hollywood station (Metra) in Illinois. It's also consistent with other station names for similar situations, such as Delray Beach station (Tri-Rail and Amtrak). Epic Genius (talk) 14:11, 14 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
There are other items on the Hollywood station dab page in various other states. If they're not actually called this they shouldn't be there. The state name is more concise. The new title is only consistent with Delray because you moved both articles to these split parentheticals, which are overly precise.--Cúchullain t/c 15:19, 14 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
But they are named "Hollywood/Something Else Station", not "Hollywood Station (System or State name)". The Metra and SFRTA/Amtrak stations are the only two actually named "Hollywood" and nothing else. Epic Genius (talk) 18:23, 14 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
If no one calls the others by this name, they need to come off the dab page. In that case the system is probably fine, but we don't need both.--Cúchullain t/c 18:31, 14 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
The other links can be placed in the "See also" section. Epic Genius (talk) 18:44, 14 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
