New sections such as India, China, Persia, Assyria, Vikings[edit]

This article could be improved by other sections being added in regard to different eras and regions e.g. India, China, Persia, Assyria, Vikings etc. I can get India started although I do not have the time to do it straight away. I think it would be easiest to add the section, and then add a paragraph which helps to introduce/explain that section to the end of the introduction, which is European centred at the minute. I feel we could really make this page a fantastic resource for those with an interest in historical physical training and fitness methods.RickyBennison (talk) 15:21, 15 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
