The article's contents were split from Knott's Berry Farm because it was too large to manage within the existing article. This page should be restored to the beginning of Knott's Berry Farm, which has failed to summarize Knott's origin or development. It contains vital information without which the hacked off current article split makes little sense. The history of Knott's is vital to the entire article because it contains attractions which are still significant after the Cedar Fair acquisition. The park is comprised of layers upon layers. The split article is compromised from making sense as a whole - the onions center split from today's outer layers makes the recent layers wither and paper thin. Knott's is nothing without it's rich history, the disjointed articles as they stand reflect that. Bow not to the general contemporary advertising perception of Knott's as a "Ride Warrior" youth oriented collection of roller-coasters and honor the preservation of California's Pioneers rich history and rejoin the article as one - as it should have remained all along. I just read your comments on Knott's Berry Farm's talk page. The problem you seem to have is that the park has become more about roller coasters and the history of the park has been destroyed. That's your personal opinion.

It should not be restored, it was split because the article was too long (it is still quite long). None of the information has been deleted, it has just been moved so the Knott's Berry Farm article isn't too long.--Astros4477 (talk) 17:27, 15 June 2012 (UTC)

It was at the "bottom right" corner of KBF - looking at the map. It became a candy store - maybe around 10 or 15 years ago.

Wagon Train diorama

just a correction to your article - the little girl's voice in the wagon train diorama was Walter Knott's mother. she did not say, "Mommy, I want to drink of water", she said "Mama, I'm awful thirsty!" Sozo52 (talk) 06:36, 16 April 2023 (UTC)
