Elections on 2 March 2007[edit]

Actually I'm waiting for the presidential election results to see if there are changes in government after that and will update the article and possibly template. --ssr (talk) 16:24, 23 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Medvedev-Putin reshufflement, May 2008[edit]

Federal subjects[edit]

I don't have time at the moment to add this material (I'm horribly out of date as my professional research on Russia ended in 2002), but I really think that an article with this title needs to cover the changes in federal structure (the number and composition of subjects, the super-regions, the election/selection of regional heads etc.). For the experience of living in Russia (unless one is a bureaucrat) such changes probably have had more impact on everyday life than changes in the distribution of ministerial responsibility.
