New Text

I have been preparing a major rewrite of this artcile. The section on the tunnel description and ancilliary works are still under construction, so please bear with me. Martinvl (talk) 20:58, 13 March 2012 (UTC)

Article Overhaul

I am currently in the middle of an overhaul of this article, so please bear with me regarding things that look a little incomplete. I plan to work about half of the information in the list of facts and figures into the text. Martinvl (talk) 09:13, 18 March 2012 (UTC)

Edit request

I came across this section The application of the waterproof membrance and the installation of the secondary lining only started once all the excavation and promary lining were complete. The waterproof membrane was sprayed onto the primary lining and the pre-cast invert and side section installed. Spraying of the secondary lining onto the crown of the tunnel was scheduled as part of the finalisation of the nnnn Unfortunately, I have no clue what is supposed to replace the nnnn. Can somebody solve that mystery? Night of the Big Wind talk 17:44, 27 March 2012 (UTC)

You may want to ask Martinvl, as the same appeared in his userspace draft in this edit. It was then transferred into the article proper in this edit. My guess is that the garbled text comes for a poor optical character recognition process in a scanned document. - David Biddulph (talk) 17:58, 27 March 2012 (UTC)
Done - I trust I have used the correct terminology, if not, would a civil engineer be kind enough to correct it. Martinvl (talk) 19:18, 27 March 2012 (UTC)
