While I am not saying this is the best name, "of Blizną" is a language monstrosity :) Blizna is a Polish word for a scar, blizną is a declination (with whom/what? with "blizną"). If we want to keep the Polish word (which I generally oppose for nicknames) it would be "blizna", not "blizną". As a non-native speaker of English, I am not sure if Henry VIII with a Scar wouldn't be more corrected, or perhaps just Henry VIII Scarred?
