Catholicism[edit]

Is it possible to get a source for the 1938 publication date of Catholicism? The current Ignatius Press paperback has the original French copyright as 1947, which is just confusing.Jhm718 (talk) 18:06, 12 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Untitled[edit]

The section entitled "spirituality and theological viewpoint" needs to be overhauled.

I guess it was taken our for overhauling, and then they forgot to reinstall it. I would like to see it back.Beau in NC (talk) 19:24, 5 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

"At his death he was the oldest living Cardinal."[edit]

I know what is meant here, but it sounds odd.

Maybe "Before his death he was the oldest living Cardinal?" Wanderer57 (talk) 11:55, 28 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I fixed it.--Avemundi (talk) 04:41, 7 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Degree from Gregorianum[edit]

There is no reference to any such degree in de Lubac's memoir or in Voderholzer. I took it out and wrote to Ignatius Press to ask about their source. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Slevangia (talkcontribs) 18:41, 17 July 2011 (UTC) Heard back from Ignatius Press; they are fixing their online bio. The degree might have been an honorary one later in life. Slevangia, 18 July 2011. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Slevangia (talkcontribs) 17:45, 18 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
