Can someone please complete this article

This article is redundant, and under the wrong title. Am making this title redirect to the article on Carl Gustav Hempel, as it is a much more complete article on the man himself, instead of just one paradox of his. - That link is to the Danish language Wikipedia. You should be able to find that page by going to this link. Please note that Danish Wikipedia does not appear to have as robust of an edit request system as we do. Although their guidance suggests avoiding conflict-of-interest editing, there does not appear to be a system set up for requesting edits. I would still suggest placing your requested edits on the talk page first ("Diskussion" in Danish). Depending on whether you access the page from your mobile device or desktop (the link you mentioned in your post is the mobile-version) the diskussion page may need to be "created". - Why it should be changed:
There are new members of Hempel's executive management team (hence why the 'Bestikkelsessager 2019' sentence should reflect that this was a statement by Hempel's previous CEO). There are updated figures available for the company's financial results and number of employees for 2022. The Danish article should match the English-language version, which is more up-to-date: Hempel Group
