Heinrich Hogrebe and Arboretum Burgholz timeline[edit]

The article states that "Heinrich Hogrebe was a notable forester who helped to create the Arboretum Burgholz." However, Hogrebe was born in 1913, and according to its article the Arboretum Burgholz was "begun before 1900". What gives?Truth or consequences-2 (talk) 09:13, 6 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The planting of some foreign trees began at 1900, but the large arboretum of our days was a (at the beginning secretly done) creation of Hogrebe, which got officially status in 1999. Morty (talk) 08:31, 21 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Rank on 17 August 1942[edit]

The snip says he was an Oberleutnant and also Chef of a Regiment. Oberleutnant is "First Lieutenant" in the USA army, a platoon leader, not a regimental commander. Shouldn't the rank be Oberstleutnant, "lLeutenant Colonel" in the US, which is a reasonable rank for a regimental commander? Maurice Fox (talk) 22:16, 4 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Notability[edit]

Not notable as a soldier, but a forrester. See Heinrich Hogrebe. I removed the military infobox and am preserving this material by providing this link. K.e.coffman (talk) 05:21, 27 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
