Does anyone have any pictures of the R8? Particularly the bolt mechanism? Hardy 13:25, 12 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry to be unhelpful, but I'd really like to see some, too..--79.181.124.87 (talk) 06:56, 22 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know if this image is importable, but this site has a very good one: http://www.hksystems.com.au/r8.htm

It looks like the charging handle is in the exact same spot as on the standard G36 rifle and is used the same way (hence the "straight-pull"). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.118.123.93 (talk) 21:12, 1 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Why the mention of 20 round magazines?[edit]

I have never seen a factory HK 20 round magazine for either the G36 or the SL8. It has been mentioned at least twice in this article. Can anyone provide photos or any proof a factory 20 round magazine exists for this family of rifles? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.151.9.154 (talk) 13:27, 25 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
