the text on the back is NOT copyrighted as far as I know as there is no author or source cited on the book itself
Sorry, that's not how copyright works. From WP:COPYRIGHT: "All creative works are copyrighted, by international agreement, unless either they fall into the public domain or their copyright is explicitly disclaimed." The text is a creative work, it's not in the public domain and the copyright hasn't been explicitly disclaimed; therefore, Wikipedia can't use it. There is also the problem that the book is not necessarily of any notability that would make it properly the subject of an article in Wikipedia, but that's not a choice I'm called upon to make at this point, because the copyright issue is clear.
