Population[edit]

The lead says the population is 70,000 but the infobox says it's 30,000. 121.215.27.79 (talk) 11:42, 16 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hazara Town vs Hazara Town, Quetta[edit]

As Hazara town is just a part of Quetta city therefore I believe the name of the article should be Hazara Town, Quetta. There are many place around the world which are named after Hazara so I believe the article name should be more specific. Hazara Birar (Talk) 07:03, 28 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Reminder: I am moving the article to Hazara Town, Quetta. Any suggestions or objections? Hazara Birar (Talk) 10:30, 18 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Ethnic groups[edit]

Regardless of the name, ethnic Hazaras make up one third while Pashtuns make up the majority.

The above cited reference does not gives any proves about the overall population of Hazara Town but generally telling us that the Sunni Pashtuns are predominantly in majority in Quetta city. There is no any sign of reference toward Hazara Town population. The recent municipality election won by a Hazara candidate with highest number of votes from all wards of Quetta city which refers that Hazaras have more population then any other ethnic in the area.
