Person or incident?[edit]

I couldn't decide if I should make the article about the incident or about the person. (Sturtevant seems a little more notable than Lackey -- he later was awarded a medal by the navy for rescuing a fellow sailor.) Maybe the incident is the thing, but who is going to search for "San Francisco Nazi flag ripping"? Steve Dufour (talk) 04:20, 30 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
