Article deletion[edit]

This article was nominated for deletion by prod. The tag was removed because a reference was supplied. A MAJOR problem is that this is a BLP and there is ZERO notability, by the most lax interpretation of WP:policies and guidelines, and the external link returns a 404 error. The Basic criteria states, "Primary sources may be used to support content in an article, but they do not contribute toward proving the notability of a subject.".
The only reference, reportedly used to support notability and content, is WayBackMachine, and I had to look "way to hard" because there is no instance of a Miss Miss Brussels 2007, and under Europe (43 entries) there is "Belgium Halima Chehaima" that was (after more searching) 1st runner up to winner Annelien Coorevits.
Wikipedia:Proposed deletion of biographies of living people#Objecting to a PROD is simple and requires "...the presence of at least one reliable source that supports at least one statement made about the person in the biography.", so this seems to present evidence to remove a prod, that is actually two steps below weak, but not even in the same universe (Miss Universe or any other) to provide notability.
Having an article on this subject might be worthy of notability in Belgium, as a possible "famous person" there, but BLP policy states, "In considering whether or not to create separate articles, the degree of significance of the event itself and of the individual's role within it should both be considered. The general rule is to cover the event, not the person". Reliable sources may provide a rationale for an exemption but in this case 15 minutes of fame, one or even more primary sources, and a dead external link, does not even approach minimum standards for a standalone article, let alone a BLP.
