Commissioning[edit]

Am I correct in thinking that as of today (15 December 2017) HMS FORTH still hasn't been formally commissioned? If so, shouldn't the ensign in the ship's Infobox be a civil ensign until that time? Xtrememachineuk (talk) 10:20, 15 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
