This article is sourced mainly by election manifesto, BBC Radio Jersey website news and the Jersey Evening Post, the main newspaper for Jersey. No personal information about the individuals family - even if it appears on the manifesto, and is therefore in the public domain - is mentioned here in order to preserve privacy. --TonyinJersey 09:41, 5 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I am assuming the drug conviction can be sourced from the JEP, where criminal cases (Police court) are reported, and if a source date is given, I will let this stand. The idea that Mr De Faye was forced to resign or sacked is clearly "unsourced or poorly sourced" as it was not public domain, and I have removed it immediately, see guidelines above.

As no detailed reference, e.g JEP date of report can be given, and the allegation is potentially libellous if unsourced, I have removed it. I will leave it there as long as a sourced record, e.g. JEP date of report (and so checkable at the Jersey library microfiche) is given.

Changes 31st July[edit]

I have added in a bit more electoral information and references and removed the stub marker. There are a couple of facts which I agree with previous editor are true but cannot find citations for.

Comment October 2008[edit]

I have two reliable verbal sources (fellow presenters) for the incident where Guy shot Puffin on air, but I really would like a written source (JEP?) for putting it into the article. It was quite controversial at the time, as he did it during the popular children's programme.
