Although a standalone article about NYC Police Lt. Patricia Feerick has had it's three strikes, WP:PERP offers "if there is an existing article that could incorporate the available encyclopedic material relating to that person." Since Molinari successfully "lobbied Gov. George Pataki to commute her sentence" and she is Molinari's co-author, this is a reasonable choice of 'existing article' to add a section about the book, and to write about co-author Feerick-Kossman.
Although Molinari "changed his middle name as a teenager to Victor" because "K." for Kenneth "just didn’t roll off the tongue easily," the Lead/Lede is the Wiki-recommended place to present this information. Pi314m (talk) 21:39, 28 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
