Name[edit]

Situation with this article's name is same as here Talk:Tkvarcheli district#Requested move, this district capital's name is Gulripshi thus its district will be Gulripshi district (see also Talk:Gulripshi#Name)--g. balaxaZe 11:57, 20 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Isnt it awkward not to mention situation before the caucasian war?[edit]
