Groot Slang isn't Dutch[edit]

In Dutch it would be "grote slang". In Afrikaans it might be correct, but I'm not sure about this. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.190.253.146 (talk) 20:40, 24 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

What about grootstad, grootmeester, grootvader, etc.? In Dutch the adjective sometimes loses its -e when forming a noun. Morgengave (talk) 18:27, 22 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Old uncited info[edit]

I removed some info that discussed plural grootslangs and their habits which had been uncited since 2012. That info's repeated in various forms all over the internet, but I can't find an older mention of it than that revision. CaribouFanfare (talk) 23:40, 10 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
