"fourteen years in fasting"[edit]

Are we supposed to believe that he didn't eat anything for fourteen years? Or rather should that be rewritten, so that it actually makes some sense? --BjKa (talk) 22:59, 26 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Although claims of inedia exist, religious fasting doesn't always mean completely avoiding food and is often a type of sacrifice involving a restricted diet. On the other hand, the claim is not supported by an independent source. —Paleo Neonate – 06:10, 26 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
