The content is clear, and well-structured. The outline is neutral and the reference is well-cited and supportive. Some places are a little bit confusing and repetitive. The author should be more consise. Overall it is very good outlined with good explaination and references that support the claims.

I don't understand what does "dilution plate (easy technique to isolate the fungus) " mean. Is it isolated via dilution plate?

For"ten species and two varieties under a category of form genus gliomastix", I don't think mentioning the species number of the genus is necessary.

For"missing or has no conidiophores " and "conidia grow in chains and will sometimes slime down ", it seems a little contradictive.

For the Physiology, I think it is a little over-explained.
