newspapers.com url's[edit]

Hi. I notice many most (but not all) of the newspapers.com links are saying "This clipping has been marked as not public." when I click on them. I don't know why. I live outside the US. I don't know if all users are getting that response or only non-US visitors. Either case, it basically means most of those references are not working for most potential readers.

It looks as if many of the supposed archived urls aren't actually pointing to an archived webpage too. Don't know why that is. Perhaps they never were archived or perhaps there was some takedown demanded by newspapers.com. Dunno. Jason Quinn (talk) 02:30, 19 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
