{T} Wikipedia citation tool for Google Books[edit]

I used http://reftag.appspot.com/ "{T} Wikipedia citation tool for Google Books" to format two of the citations as examples it is quite easy to use is the example of one of them.

If you do not think that the format is an improvement then revert. However if you do the citation for "a distinguished female" needs page numbers (pp. 42–45)
