B class review[edit]

B class. But please clear up the following 2 sentences: "With the outbreak of the Irish Rebellion of 1641, George and his younger brother Francis were commissioned into the army raised by Parliament to suppress it. One of the few things they and Charles still agreed on, the First English Civil War began in August before Lisle departed." (1) The word "they" refers to George and Francis, but who is Charles? If that's the king, then please write King Charles (or the king) to make it obvious. (2) In the second sentence, the clauses "they and Charles still agreed on" and "the First English Civil War began" seem to have no connection. What did they agree on? Did the outbreak of the Civil War prevent them from going to Ireland? Please rewrite the second sentence or add a sentence to clear this up. Thanks. Djmaschek (talk) 02:56, 25 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
