Removed reference to mutational model as the second point regarding the loss of "gatekeeper genes" causing "chromosomal chaos" is somewhat dubious and does not take into account the presence of tumor suppressor genes (p53, etc.). In other words, in misrepresents the technicalities of tumorgenesis.
