Non-Sensical material--rewrite needed[edit]

The Modern American gang violence section needs serious re-writting--it makes no sense. I am very confused as to who Nicholas is? Never is he/she explained in the article!

I don't think this should be merged because this is information about Gangs in Glasow not only about violence but about the culture of Gangs in Glasgow

Danish, Glasgow FUCK YER MAW YASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Merger[edit]

Both this page and the original gang page are in need of some desperate attention. More focus needs to be directed to the gang page before we break off onto sub-pages. The word 'gang' is ambiguous to say the least and should be linked to seperate pages relating to a particular country/region. It seems pointless to write a seperate page on gang violence when you could easily include it within its regional article and save much dispute. Feedback please... YAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSS PORN WWW.THEHUN.COM GORBALS CUMBIEEEEEEEEEE

Nearly Good Enough[edit]

There is an entry for 'list of famous glaswegians', and the same for other cities. I think this page should be left as is, with a link from Glasgow mainpage. It is, after all, fairly well written and is dealing with a different type of culture than other gangs. Besides, students may well choose to look up Glasgow Gangs if they are studying modern Scottish poets such as Edwin Morgan or the blade culture in the 1950s - both are true encyclopaedic uses for this article. Perhaps the article should be expanded with this in mind - the cultural history of the Glasgow gang scene and its role in art and the way a culture sees itself.
