Castilla la Nueva and La Mancha[edit]

"Castilla-La Mancha" is a recently created administrative entity which includes Guadalajara province, where Gachas were not traditionally eaten. Only La Mancha and Castile south of the Guadarrama or central system (former Castilla la Nueva minus Guadalajara province) are proper gachas regions. Xufanc (talk) 09:24, 28 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
