Change of Surname?[edit]

Did Francis ever change his last name? He is absent from Phillimore and Fry Index to Changes of Name 1760–1901. Perhaps there was a Royal licence not published in the London Gazette, but neither GEC nor Burke's (106th ed.) have him as Mackenzie. Mapple (talk) 10:17, 10 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
