Francis G. Meyer may have held a notable position. However the sources listed are a reference to a volume of congressional hearings, which is a primary source, and the state departments own list of the holders of his position. I have my doubts, too, as to whether Asst. Sec of Stat for Administration is a position that warrants any presumption of notability. I did find this and this in the way of "local boy makes good" but I'm not sure if he passes GNG either. Cbl62 (talk) 15:01, 13 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
