Inappropriate image?[edit]

The third image down - 'Car transportation by flatbed trailer'. I removed a link from it, then noticed that it was a road-going car transporter on a railway article. I'm unwilling to make a drastic change to the page, so I'm looking for clarification. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.28.109.24 (talk) 13:49, 20 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You're right, the image is irrelevant as this article is about railway flats not road transporters. I've removed it. Thanks for spotting this. --Bermicourt (talk) 14:42, 20 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Container pins on flats[edit]

There is no detail of the container pins on the flat wagon. It will be quite helpful if some details of the pins (total number of pins, requirement to change the pins in case of two 20s and one 40 on a wagon) can be added here. Links to other languages[edit]

This article should be linked to de:Flachwagen etc etc. Peter Horn User talk 01:34, 23 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Bermicourt: The above link was made, but there still remain fr:wagon plat, es: Vagón plataforma and others which are still inappropriately linked to flatcar. Exception would be id:Gerbong datar Peter Horn User talk 22:42, 23 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Bermicourt: Also unable to add cs:Plošinový vůz to the list. Peter Horn User talk 22:56, 23 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Peter Horn:. That's done. [[User:Bermicourt|
@Bermicourt: Three additional missing language links ( other languages) for flat wagon: es:Vagón plataforma, cs:Plošinový vůz, ja:長物車 Peter Horn User talk 21:07, 25 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Peter Horn: I've added ja:長物車; the others are already linked. Bermicourt (talk) 08:27, 29 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
