Sources[edit]

Disturbing source from 1953, how a Dutch citizen was removed from Works Council election (until 1972 only Germans could), and then he was dismissed while being a member of Finance Committee, without it being a violation of Dismissal Protection Act (KSchG). Source is likely outdated so won't use until reviewing newer sources.^[1]
