When was the constellation Felis created?

Before 1805, Felis was found in 1795 edition of Atlas Céleste de Flamsteed edited by Lalande himself.--Bay Flam 20:44, 27 May 2007 (UTC)

What is an obsolete constellation and how is it defined?
